Oh God No

PIERRE, S.D. - Gov. Mike Rounds signed legislation Monday banning nearly all abortions in South Dakota, setting up a court fight aimed at challenging the 1973 U.S. Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion.
The bill would make it a crime for doctors to perform an abortion unless the procedure was necessary to save the woman’s life. It would make no exception for cases of rape or incest.
Planned Parenthood, which operates the state’s only abortion clinic, in Sioux Falls, has pledged to challenge the measure in court.

Those are Pobble Fears. That and a buck fifty will get you coffee.

No, people don't believe women will go into a back alley way where there is disease and infested things where the women will have her abortion, probably hemorage, and probably die. Also, men who say they will give these back alley abortions will even rape the women then...people don't believe it'll happen.

People don't care if the child will be born mentaly retarded and not be given the full chance of life as any other kid, not to say I don't like the mentaly challenged, but to think that you were born that way because your mother's brother/father/uncle/cousin raped/had sex with your mother...I would want to stab a fork in the guy's eye...

And rape? It takes such a mentaly strong woman to be able to carry a baby that is the child of her rapist...Me, if I was raped...I don't know what I'd do...I really don't.

And all of this is comming from a relatively devout Catholic...women/children should not have to suffer. My aunt couldn't have a child for the longest of times and then adopted so I do not fully like abortions but it is better than the back alley...

This is indeed very sad.......

It just seems so strange to me that the women of America are willing to let a bunch of middle aged men make these very important decisions concerning a woman's right to choose.

I hate to say this again... but I wrote a while ago about the dangers of having 5 Catholic justices on the Supreme Court....

This is indeed going to be one hell of a fight!
